About
My practice is designed to assist you in dealing with a variety of concerns, whether you are in a state of crisis or simply a bit ‘off course’. My personal belief is that we have, within us, the ability to find answers to our problems and my goal is to assist you in better understanding your thoughts, behaviours and feelings and how they are affecting your life. I believe that your course of treatment should be guided by your needs. Together, we will explore your strengths, values and beliefs in order to create healthier ways of coping with whatever you may be dealing with.
I believe that effective approaches to growth and change are unique to each person. For this reason, I am committed to using whichever therapeutic modality is the right fit for you. Together, we will work to create an environment that is safe for you to share your stories and work through your concerns.
