I'm Tracy, a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist with over 18 years of experience and 10 years in private practice. My approach is evidence-based, practical, and tailored entirely to you. Some clients need to work from the body up, regulating the nervous system and processing what words alone cannot reach. Some need to resolve what is stored: memories, beliefs, and patterns that have become neurologically stuck. Others need to dismantle patterns cognitively, build new behaviours, and practice different responses in their daily lives. Most need some combination of all three.
Beyond individual therapy, I offer a 10-week somatic group program, the safe & sound protocol and phone walk-and-talk sessions. I call my walk and talk sessions the trifecta of wellness because we incorporate nature, movement and therapy.

10 Week Somatic Group
'Fully See'n is a structured 10-week online somatic group for adult women in Ontario and BC. Facilitated by Tracy Kennedy, Registered Social Worker with 15+ years of experience, each session integrates somatic practice, tapping, nervous system education, and the Rest and Restore Protocol — a clinical-grade acoustic intervention developed by Dr. Stephen Porges that works directly with the nervous system. For women ready to move from insight into embodied change. Small group. Spots are limited. 2 cohorts are currently open to enrolment.
