I work with adults and youth who may be experiencing anxiety and depression or trauma. You determine what your goals for therapy are and we work together to meet those goals.
I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which is a cognitive behavioral therapy that is solution focused and offers practical skills for managing difficult thought patterns, overthinking and problematic coping behaviors. For trauma, I offer Cognitive Processing Therapy, a structured 12 week program for post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
