Do you look like you're holding it together on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted inside? Perhaps overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, ADHD, or self-doubt is making it hard to feel calm and confident. I help women, teens, and couples understand what is keeping them stuck and build practical tools for meaningful change. My approach is warm, compassionate, genuine, and down-to-earth. You'll have space to feel heard while being gently challenged and supported as you move from simply surviving toward feeling calmer, more confident, and more connected.

In counselling, we'll slow things down, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and create a plan that fits your needs. I use CBT, EFT tapping, mindfulness, and nervous-system strategies to help you manage your anxiety, regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in everyday life.

I understand that taking the first step can feel uncomfortable, especially when you're used to handling everything on your own. You don't need the right words or to know where to begin.
