As a whole, therapy is a place that allows people to be vulnerable. My main goal as a therapist is to provide a safe outlet for you to share your story, validate your feelings and worries, emphasize your strengths, and encourage you to carry out the quality of life you deserve.
My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, self-harm and suicide ideation, substance use, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, chronic pain, life transitional issues, disabilities, pregnancy loss, and pre and postnatal issues.
I have been providing service for over 14 years and offer individual, couples, and family counselling to people of all ages, from the very young (age 6+) to the very experienced.
