As a counsellor and coach, I am driven to help my clients honour their past, accept their present, and create a more meaningful future. I firmly believe that everyone is the expert of themselves and that my job, through compassion and collaboration, is to help my clients, heal, gain insight, tap into inner wisdom, leverage their strengths, and reach goals previously not imagined. Together my clients and I work on decreasing symptoms of anxiety and depression and increasing their sense of resiliency, well-being, and overall satisfaction with their life.
My approach is influenced by my experience and education in both counselling and coaching, along with an appreciation of the mind-body connection, creating a unique approach that best fits you and your needs. My services are grounded in evidence-based innovative practice, while also maintaining a commitment to the art of the therapeutic process.
