I work with teens, adults, and couples shaped by complex trauma, ADHD, anxiety, betrayal, attachment wounds, and painful relationship or family patterns. Many of my clients are highly capable, yet carry experiences that altered how safety, trust, worth, and belonging are felt. I help them understand the patterns their nervous system learned to survive, integrate what has been fragmented or carried outside awareness, and develop a more coherent life narrative, greater emotional regulation, and more freedom in how they relate to themselves and others.
I specialize in Lifespan Integration within an integrative approach that also draws on Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic therapy, and interpersonal neurobiology. I work with implicit emotional learning and automatic responses held outside awareness, helping the nervous system update old patterns so greater choice and flexibility become possible.
