Exploring personal issues in a safe and supportive way can be a rewarding journey. I am a Registered Social Worker and Jungian Oriented Therapist who takes a particular interest in healing from trauma, as well as connecting with your authentic self. I am trained in evidence based therapies like EMDR, CBT, CPT, CBTi & may incorporate journaling, mindfulness meditation and others .
I am Certified in EMDR, a preferred provider in Cognitive Processing Therapy, and also offer a specialized therapy, (CBCT for PTSD) to couples impacted by trauma related stress. Do you struggle with insomnia? Ask me about CBTi to improve your sleep.
