With a focus on exploring and managing your anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions and balance, or self-esteem, I’ll work with you one on one to find the life satisfaction you wish to see for yourself. By using cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy (SFT), and mindfulness, we’ll put together a plan that will suit you the best.
