Therapy can be a meaningful, even transformative process - a place to feel deeply seen and to make sense of your inner world. Whether you're navigating a challenge, exploring relationship patterns, or seeking more emotional clarity, I offer a warm, collaborative space. My approach is emotionally attuned, trauma-informed, and insight-oriented. I support clients become more connected to their thoughts, emotions, and needs — and in developing self-compassion and inner steadiness. I'm especially interested in the deeper layers of experience that shape us. I welcome all orientations, including queer and gender-diverse clients.
Having completed the Ontario Midwifery Education Program, I have a special interest in the emotional complexities of the perinatal period, including fertility challenges, pregnancy and infant loss, and postpartum transitions. I also have experience supporting clients healing from trauma and abuse. I work with teens (generally 14+) and adults.
My clients have found me to be warm-hearted, authentic, and accepting. I listen carefully and genuinely seek to understand each person's unique experiences. I'm here to support your personal growth, building on your inner strengths and resiliency. If I sound like a good fit for you, please be in touch.
