Hi my name is Tracey and I am passionate about helping people using an integrative approach. I focus the unique needs of my clients and empower individuals to navigate positive outcomes. I use a non-judgmental approach and I present in a kind, supportive and fun atmosphere. I help navigate challenges like anxiety, self-esteem, family difficulties, divorce, dating help and strategies and relationship issues. I also run groups for youth on social skills/self regulation.
