Hi, my name is Tracey. I am a registered social work therapist and have had the pleasure of working with people for over 32 years. The wisdom highlights are real. Supporting you through life's challenges such as trauma, loss, grief, family or relationship conflict, life transitions, or any interpersonal struggle is a privilege. I offer a holistic approach to therapy combining trauma informed practices such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness. I also have extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), New Ways for Families (NWFF), and alternative dispute resolution.
