Sometimes life is hard and we don't know how to manage our current challenges. It's important to realize that you're not alone and support IS out there. Whether you're finally ready to face past traumas, dealing with depression and anxiety, crippled by grief, lacking self-worth, or struggling with addictions, there can be an end to your suffering. That end includes remaking your life, your relationships, and sometimes your very identity. Though it may not feel like it now, you are on an exciting journey! With a little guidance, you can make it through.
Utilizing Solution-Focussed Brief Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and numerous other techniques, I will tailor-make your therapy to your specific history, goals, and personality. I am also EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained, a technique that is quickly becoming the gold-standard therapy for working with trauma.
It's okay to reach out and ask for help when you don't know how to navigate these dark days. While today may feel bleak, hope is just around the corner. Together we can journey through the confusion, fear, stress, and shame to a new place and a new "you."
