Using approaches such as EMDR, Gottman, CBT, and other methods, we work with people who are struggling with relationships, confidence, depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral concerns, life transitions, health issues, workplace challenges, and leadership growth.
Collectively as a team, we have over 40 years of experience working with individuals, families, children, teens and couples. Alongside me, we have 7 additional therapists and one leadership coach on our team, all with long standing and reputable experience and specialized training. We are dedicated in our work and believe in bringing you the best service.
