People I work with often feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that don’t seem to shift, even when they’ve tried to manage things on their own. Many are navigating the impacts of trauma, including sexual violence or exploitation, and are looking for a space that feels steady, respectful, and not rushed. For some, traditional talk therapy doesn’t fully capture their experience, and they’re open to using creativity or expressive approaches as part of the process. I support clients in making sense of what they’re carrying, while working toward a greater sense of clarity, stability, and connection.
I integrate EMDR, body-based, and expressive approaches to support deeper therapeutic work. Together, we explore patterns shaped by past experiences while building skills for regulation and stability. This work moves at a pace that supports both processing and grounding.
Reaching out can feel like a tender step, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own. You’re welcome to come as you are. This can be a space to gently trace what’s been shaping your experience and begin tending to what’s been held, with care and at your own pace.
