I am a therapist, holding a Masters degree in Social Work, and Registration with the BC College of Social Workers, providing, in-person and online, individual and couple therapy for adults on the traditional, unceded territory of the Sylix/Okanagan people.
I am passionate about holding safe space for clients to tune into their experiences, emotions, and nervous system to empower you to heal and grow, and I believe that together we can work toward resolving core wounds that are holding you back from the life you want to be living.
