Dr. Brene Brown defines connection as, " the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued..." My therapy approach centers on building connection and fostering a safe, non-judgmental space for clients. I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, supporting Autistic, ADHD and AuDHD clients, as well as those struggling with other mental health symptoms. I provide child, teen, and adult individual therapy, as well as therapeutic coaching to parents and caregivers. I also offer group therapy options that focus on executive functioning skills and empowering neurodivergent children.

I believe that each individual entering into therapy brings with them their own strengths which will be highlighted and built on in therapy. I integrate evidence-based and creative approaches to therapy; utilizing modalities such as play-based therapy, Somatic psychotherapy, Dialectical Behaviour therapy (DBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy
