We are a group practice of independent mental health professionals who are radically anti-oppressive, anti-empire, and abolitionist in our approach and working towards decolonizing mental health and wellness spaces. We provide care that is culturally responsive, justice-informed, emotionally attuned, trauma-focused, systems-oriented, collaborative, inclusive, anti-carceral, respectful, and compassionate. Our clinical team includes psychotherapists who specialize in working with complex trauma, neurodivergence, grief, anxiety, depression, navigating transitions, etc. We've been changing people's lives since 2019!
Each of our clinicians are registered professionals with advanced training and extensive experience in their respective areas of specialization. Furthermore, given our unique backgrounds and life experiences, our clinicians often also have lived experience related to our areas of specialization and the courageous folks we serve. You'll find us relatable, honest, easy-to-talk-to, and dedicated to supporting you as you move towards wholeness and liberation. If you feel ready to explore the possibility of working together, we’d love to hear from you!
Toronto Relationship Clinic also runs a leading-edge forensic treatment program for sexual behaviours, specializing in sexual offending against minors and pedophilia. The program combines intensive process-oriented psychotherapy with rigorous psychoeducation and essential group programs. Even if you think you are beyond help, we can help. Please reach out.
