I see individuals and couples who struggle with issues such as relationship difficulties, addiction, anxiety, or depression, but I also attend to positive aspirational approaches including leadership development, performance improvement and wellbeing support. What ever the challenge, I assist clients to engage in therapeutic work that goes beyond symptom management, aiming for transformative change and a renewed sense of hope.
I can assist clients through a variety of specialized trauma-informed approaches. My expertise includes Solution-Focused Possibility Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as psychodynamic modalities and mindfulness techniques. Additionally I have specialized training in EMDR and the treatment of significant truama related difficulties.
Building empathy is central to my therapeutic practice. I foster a compassionate and collaborative environment, where clients feel seen, heard, and understood in their entirety. By appreciating the multifaceted nature of each individual's experiences and respecting their unique backgrounds and affiliations, I create a safe space for healing and growth.
