I strive to offer a warm, collaborative, and respectful space where we can make sense of the challenges you are facing and identify paths forward that fit with your values and hopes. I believe people are more than the problems they face.

My work is grounded in Narrative Therapy, a collaborative approach that helps people separate themselves from the problems they face and reconnect with their strengths, values, and preferences for life. Together, we focus less on therapy language and more on supporting you to move toward the life and relationships that matter most to you.

I work with youth (12+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and concerns related to identity and self-esteem.
