Accepting New Clients! (In-Person in Barrie & Virtual/Phone in Ontario) Trained in many areas, such as anxiety/stress, addictions, depression, men’s issues, teen mental health, ocd, mood disorders, anger management, spirituality, self harm, relationships, burnout, and more; my goal is to treat you as a whole person, where we as a team decide what goals are best for you. We are complex beings, where biology, psychology & social systems all play an integral role in our thoughts, feelings & behaviours. Furthermore, if you are willing, there may be some past events we may unpack together, to help you heal, or to help us learn from.

That brings me to our alliance. I want you to be safe, and we therefore will go at your pace, so that you can feel comfortable to disclose what you want to, when you are ready, at your own stages in our process.

A little bit about me is that I am a father of two, and have been married for over 10 years. I went through some difficult times of my own, sought therapy, and it helped me get on a better path. I was so inspired by the field, that I left teaching to pursue this career. It is my hope that I will be able to assist you in your journey, as I was helped on mine.
