Hello, I am a registered clinical Social Worker and I have been counselling since 2004. I believe in a collaborative and compassionate approach, listening, asking questions and working with people to create a safe environment in which they can share their story. When people feel safe they often will be able to recognize strengths and supports that they already have in their lives.

I have work with children, youth, adults and families on challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, self esteem, emotions, relationships and trauma. I have a passion for working with people, helping them learn about and undertstand their thoughts, feelings and relationships.

Using a variety of approaches, we work together towards developing positive coping strategies and nurture personal resiliencies.
