My practice focuses on perspectives and growing your own perspective to have a holistic outlook in life. I work with clients who are seeking out support with the following: depression, anxiety, anger, grief and loss, changes in life stages, motivation, life/work stress, addiction, and the effects of sexism, racism, and poverty. I believe in meeting clients in where they are at and having them be a part of their healing process.
I am practical, open minded, compassionate, honest, and focused on helping you overcome the obstacles that are interfering with your potential. I believe that every person has the ability to overcome, heal, and creatively shape their life.
I am also strategically focused; dedicated to uncovering practical and effective methods that individuals can apply to their daily challenges. I incorporate shifts in perspectives to ensure that clients are able to see the entire situation I recognize the importance of a relationship between myself and clients as one of the most essential parts in therapy.
