About
I believe that the journey of psychotherapy is a relational one. I strive to help people discover their abilities to better connect with people in their lives as they move forward in their healing journey. I have 20 years of experience working in the mental health field in various capacities, including children, youth and adults. I currently teach and research at the University of Windsor and am adjunct faculty for the Kings University College, in addition to my practice.
My areas of expertise include PTSD, anxiety, depression, parent/teen conflict, custody/access issues and relationship struggles.
