Dr. Sojonky's practice is rooted in a trans-personal and relational approach to healing. This means people come first! Todd has practiced throughout Canada working with people in the areas of stress, depression, grief, anxiety, eating disorders, marriage and family issues and addictions. He is a published author and has lectured throughout Canada and in Ireland. Todd has been a sessional lecturer at the University of Regina for over ten years teaching in the areas of counseling methods, ethics, personality, addictions and psychotherapy.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is a significant focus in my work and research which I find very rewarding. I have training at the Gottman Institute in evidenced based marriage therapy and have trained with the Albert Ellis Institute for individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
