I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist specializing in couples counselling, sports psychology, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. As your therapist, I aim to create a relationship where I walk alongside you through your journey and provide a safe place. I offer individual therapy for issues surrounding abuse (emotional or physical), addictions, anger management, self-esteem, family, marital, and relationship problems.
My approach to therapy includes collaborating with you to create achievable goals. I use a variety of evidence-based practices, including Emotional Focused Individual Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy (SFT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT).
