I have experience working with youth and adults who've experienced anxiety, generalized depression, systemic barriers, school-related stress, sexual identity crises, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and parenting/ family issues.
Working from an anti-oppressive and inclusive framework, I ensure that my clients feel respected, valued, and heard. I offer a safe space free of judgement while I help individuals tap into themselves to foster healing and vitality from within, as there is nothing more powerful than healing done by you, for you.
