As a Registered Psychologist since 1999, I have worked in a variety of settings including not-for-profit, public school system, university and health care. I currently offer therapy to children, adolescents and adults around a range of clinical issues including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, AD/HD, LD, social problems and/or stress. I offer psychoeducational assessments for children and adults for queried Learning Disabilities, AD/HD and/or Asperger's. My therapeutic approach is empirically supported by best practice research. I have a strong interest in the mind-body connection and I employ Mindfulness based approaches to treatment.
In addition to being a Registered Psychologist, I am also a certified Group Fitness and Yoga Instructor. l also have registration through Alberta Health as a Service Provider so that I can refer clients for Psychiatric Consultation, when needed. I look forward to hearing from you!
Certified in DBT. Practitioner of Mindfulness since 2006.
