I help adults facing life transitions, focussing on common challenges in today’s world, such as grief, anxiety, joylessness, and loneliness. My role is to help you to notice when and where beneficial change emerges. I act as a kindly and reflective companion, reinforcing the meaning, beliefs, and values that positively affect your mental and emotional wellbeing. All of this occurs in a supportive, respectful, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment.

When life throws specific challenges at us, we can often feel ill-equipped and overwhelmed. Getting unstuck requires a deep understanding of our characters and identities. This way, hidden strengths can be cultivated to enhance positive change. In my view, Narrative Therapy and Existential Therapy are particularly well-suited to this kind of transformation
