Hi, I’m TJ. I work with both couples and individuals who are ready to experience real healing and transformation. With couples therapy, I specialize in helping partners rebuild safety, trust, and emotional connection—even in the aftermath of betrayal, affairs, or hidden addictions. I’ve seen even the most strained, hostile, relationships turn around and there’s nothing I love more than witnessing couples rediscover their bond.
For individuals, I offer a path toward peace and freedom. Together, we’ll heal the trauma that is keeping you stuck so that you can regain control of your thoughts, emotions, body and behaviours.
I focus on the role trauma and attachment has in perpetuating debilitating mental and emotional conditions like anxiety, depression, addiction and suicidal ideation. For couple’s work, I incorporate aspects of Gottman methods and Emotion focused Couples Therapy (EFCT).
You can reclaim your life! There is so much hope waiting for you, should you courageously choose to step into the healing journey. I am certain that you will walk away after the first session feeling understood, cared for and safe.
The first step is always the hardest, but I assure you it will be worth it!
