In a society that stigmatizes everyone who is different from the norm, it is very easy to feel like an outcast. From being shamed by society to being told that you are not of value, many people face a life filled with anxiety, depression, and shame. Stigma and Minority Stressors cause so many issues for marginalized individual that they may not even feel comfortable seeking the help they need. They just want a therapist or provider that will not stigmatize them and assume the their lifestyle choices are the problem. They want to work on the problem that they present with.
I am a RCT-C that specializes in working with marginalized individuals. People that society wants to forget. I specialize in working with trauma, sex work affirmative therapy, partner therapy for both monogamous and ethically non monogamous couples. I work with individuals who practice kink or people who love the vanilla experience. It doesn't matter.
