People find I can be closely attuned to their experience, and still provide informed perspective, feedback, interventions or strategies. I listen well, with kind curiosity that supports your reflection and growth. I fit counselling to your needs.
I offer to meet people for 30 minutes free. Your comfort with your therapist is critical, also I've found the overwhelming majority of people I meet choose to work with me :)
