Consistent across my work is the belief that we come into this world whole and that people don't need to be fixed. As a relational therapist, I specialize in experientially working with self-discovery, relationship health, intimacy and trauma. Operating from an intersection of attachment, neuroscience and somatic frameworks, I focus on creating a safe container where you and I can explore the delights and challenges of being human. The foundation of my therapeutic approach lies in mapping and integrating all the different parts that make up each person - we all contain multitudes and are in a constant state of becoming.
Having completed a specialized 3-year couples certification in RLT, I enjoy helping individuals and couples to uncover the entrenched patterns that are being repeatedly activated both consciously and unconsciously. I believe that together we can re-wire stuck patterns and move towards connection, acceptance, embodiment and play!
I find what is often missing in our lives are the deeply attuned relationships where we feel seen, heard and understood. Having these connections enables us to regulate our nervous systems and to accomplish meaningful change. I feel honoured to be a guide and a witness to such important work.
