Consistent across my work is the belief that we come into this world whole, and that people don’t need to be fixed. As a relational therapist, I specialize in experientially working with self-discovery, relationship health, intimacy, and trauma. I find what is often missing in our lives are the deeply attuned connections where we feel seen, heard, and understood. The foundation of my therapeutic approach lies in identifying and integrating all the different parts that make up each person. We all contain multitudes and we are all in a constant process of unfolding.
Trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), I offer individual and couples therapy in-person and online. I offer compassionate understanding to all the parts of you that feel unwelcome or hidden away, the parts that take over when you get triggered and the parts of you that you do not like.
