About
Clients I work really well with are interested in collaborating and brainstorming about the challenging situations and difficulties in their lives. Overtime, we work together to develop understanding and solutions. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who suffer from ADHD or are impacted by someone who has ADHD. Of course clients with ADHD also often have co-morbid conditions like anxiety, depression and PTSD; I am very happy to help them with the issues related to these problems as well. Also, I enjoy completing complex psychological assessments; I find them challenging in a very good way.
I have two areas of specialty ADHD and psychological assessment. For clients who have ADHD I have accumulated a lot of knowledge related to ADHD and this helps the client understand the nature of the problem and helps me come up with helpful strategies. I have a lot of experience with assessments for learning disabilities, ADHD, PTSD and mood disorders.
I am here to listen and provide a safe and effective space to help you or your children. During the first session we go over relevant background information and develop the basis of a plan for how we can help you move forward.I encourage you to take that first step and reach out.
