I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). I offer sex therapy to individuals and couples seeking to deepen intimacy, navigate low desire, or work through sexual challenges such as erectile dysfunction, painful sex, or sexual guilt and shame. Many come feeling disconnected from themselves and/or their partners. I also support those facing anxiety, grief, and life transitions, helping them find clarity, connection, and renewed confidence in their emotional and relational lives.

With specialized training in sex therapy, I work with individuals and couples facing low libido, desire differences, performance anxiety, painful sex, and sexual shame. I use evidence-based, attachment-focused approaches to rebuild trust and deepen intimacy.
