I offer therapeutic counselling for depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, relationship difficulties and life transitions. I believe in our natural capacity for emotional balance.
I offer therapeutic services that are grounded in a strengths based perspective and integrates approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness (TSM). I also bring additional training in yoga and meditation teaching as regulating tools within therapy.
