My training has included models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. I endorse a client centred and collaborative approach. I am inclusive, welcoming and incorporate cultural safety. My professional values include kindness, transparency and confidentiality.
I believe that each person comes to counselling with a different background and experience which is why I use a combination of strategies.
