Life is a rollercoaster. It’s full of constant ups & downs. For many of us, it can become too overwhelming to face it alone. Having the support of a experienced, empathic & attuned therapist who can work with you to face life challenges with more ease & self-compassion, while learning effective coping practices for future stressors can be a supportive way to navigate life’s many uncertainties.
In my therapy practice, I combine mindfulness & compassion-based approaches, art therapy/expressive arts therapy, somatic body-based approaches, parts oriented approaches (Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST/ Internal Family Systems (IFS), and narrative therapy techniques to support children, teens & adults facing a variety of concerns.
I work from a trauma, attachment & nervous-system informed perspective with a therapeutic approach that is embodied, strength-based, anti-oppressive, and relational.
