As a Clinical Psychologist (Supervised Practice), I provide assessment, treatment, and clinical support to adults. I have extensive experience working with individuals who struggle with behavioural and emotional difficulties (e.g., depression, anxiety, anger), with unique personality and cognitive profiles (e.g., neurodivergent identities). I am particularly passionate to work with clients as they navigate issues related to sexual health, gender, and wider inequities within the healthcare and the justice system. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced interpersonal and occupational trauma/adversity.
My work incorporates cognitive-behavioral and attachment- and emotion-focused modalities. I offer a trauma informed holistic approach to therapy, aiming to help clients foster a meaningful life. I am committed to providing services from an anti-oppressive lens; understanding that context and history bear relevance to how we navigate the world and heal.
I completed my PhD at Lakehead University, and residency training at Saskatoon and Area Psychology Residency Program, with rotations held at Correctional Services Canada and Ministry of Justice. I have provided clinical care across a range of settings, within the community as well as inpatient and long-term care facilities.
