Within each of us lies the vision and hope for the life we want to live. Yet, we can feel overwhelmed by inner or outer challenges, fears, negative beliefs, low self-esteem, anxiety or depression. In many years of practice, I have seen the resilience of the human spirit. As a Spiritual Psychotherapist, I work with traditional approaches, as well as those rooted in Transpersonal Psychology, Archetypal Psychology and Shamanism which recognize the power and strength inherent within to facilitate change. My aim is to act as guide as clients address past pain and present circumstances that limit the ability to live a life in full bloom.
As author of The Great Work: Self-Knowledge and Healing Through the Wheel of the Year which presents the human experience of reclaiming the authentic self from the depths of Shadow and shame, I specialize in codependency, identifying needs, developing emotional fluency, self-empowerment and self-actualization.
In my own life and work, I am guided by the ancient axioms "Know Thyself" and "Seize the Day". I have committed my life's work to supporting others as they bring insight to their lives, shifting circumstances that have limited them in the past, and stepping courageously into a life of their choosing.
