I work with individuals, couples, and families (age 21+) to help create new possibilities, discover more joy in daily life, and cultivate a deeper, more present connection to yourself and those around you.
I use an integrative approach and draw from attachment-based and trauma-informed practices. I will work with you to identify the underlying root of your issues and how this manifests in your daily life. Untangling these conflicts will help you live a freer, happier life by identifying untapped sources of joy and releasing unresolved trauma, guilt, and shame.
