Hi my name is Tiff! I am here to help you manage your toughest moments. Its completely okay to start therapy, even if you are unsure if you need it. Most people feel more inclined to seek out therapy after a stressful life event, however, the meaning of "stressful" can differ for everyone. I am currently accepting new clients for both in person and virtual therapy sessions!
