Welcome! I am Tiela and I provide compassionate care. I work with clients from all walks of life with an emphasis on easing life transitions, people pleasing tendencies, unpacking trauma, and coming back to who you are, or were. Do you have a hard time making sense of your feelings or turn off your emotions when something big happens? Do you have a hard time addressing issues with others, or do you find yourself unhappy when others get their needs met? Do you put your emotions in a box and put it on a shelf? I can help you retrieve that box and unpack it.

In our time together, we can work through unhelpful coping patterns, finding self compassion, and addressing the deeper links that are keeping you stuck.

My therapeutic lens is somatic- and mindfulness-based, holistic, and trauma-informed. This means we will be working with the information your mind, body, and emotions are sending you to better understand your experience. We will use that information to find better ways of coping, and to heal from past hurt. Currently, I offer in person and online services.
