You've tried therapy before. Maybe it didn't go deep enough. Perhaps you've been told you have anxiety, or depersonalization, or complex trauma, and you've never quite felt understood. You're ready for something different. I work audio only, no camera, with adults worldwide. Many of my clients are high functioning on the outside and quietly exhausted on the inside. They live with DPDR, long-standing anxiety, or trauma they've carried so long it feels like who they are. We go at your pace. I'm direct but never harsh. The work is collaborative, not performative.
I specialize in depersonalization and derealization, anxiety, and trauma. I've written a book, Reclaiming Reality, and an audio course, DP/DR First-Aid, on dissociation. I also offer Relationship Clarity Sessions for couples. Training: ACT, IFS, Gestalt, Schema Therapy. Sessions are 80 min to start, 50 after. Audio only, by design.
You don't have to perform. You don't have to turn on a camera. You don't have to already have the words. We'll find them together. The first session is 80 minutes. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you honestly and point you somewhere better. Reach out when you're ready.
