About
My primary goal is helping clients live their lives effectively. I aim to provide a holistic and person-centered approach while encouraging skill development to assist in managing life challenges.
I have a particular interest in supporting teens and adults with ADHD as they navigate the world with a neurodiverse brain. I can assist in understanding and managing symptoms, and help loved ones understand too.
I can also assist with other challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress/ burnout, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. I draw on several approaches to inform my practice, and together we will determine which one is the best fit. It would be a privilege to be part of your journey and I look forward to connecting with you soon.
