I empower youth to work through the struggles they face, manage big & complicated emotions, and create space to feel understood & safe to be themselves. For young adults, we work through childhood hurts to reclaim the joy to be found, and build upon strengths to feel safe and stable as an emotionally mature adult, striving towards their bright futures.
