I enjoy taking time to get to know my client's background. Often the root of any issues today can be found in the past, and this understanding can help unlock the path to healing. Intersections between social justice and mental health are always respected in my practice. Additionally, I am passionate about supporting the queer community. Currently I exclusively work with individual adult clients (18+).
Through my training and my experience with clients, I have had exposure to a variety of mental health problems. No matter what you are facing, I can guarantee a compassionate warm atmosphere, and an accepting listening ear.
If you are dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, rumination, anger, communication/relationship problems, executive dysfunction, and/or substance use, you don't have to walk this path alone.
Please reach out via email, and we can set up a free 15 minute phone consultation. Daytime, evening, virtual, and in-person appointments available.
