About
My role is to work alongside you on your personal journey towards the growth you may seek to achieve. Our sessions are your time and dedicated to addressing what you deem important, within the safe and confidential environment of psychotherapy practice. I offer non-judgement and acceptance. I value your autonomy and freedom. I provide the space for you to recognize your truth, and unburden your suffering, as you deserve to be heard and understood . I work from a multi-modality approach and tailor evidence-based techniques to individual client needs.
I am a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I hold a Master's degree in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University (2020). I obtained my Bachelor's degree of Honour's with Specialization in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy from the University of Ottawa (2017).
My goal as a psychotherapist is to relieve the shared, human suffering you are experiencing so that you can truly live. "If there is a meaning in life at all, then there must be a meaning in suffering. Suffering is an eradicable part of life, even as fate and death. Without suffering and death, human life cannot be complete.” - Victor Frankl
