I am a Nurse Practitioner & Psychotherapist with over 23 years of experience working in the area of Mental Health & Addictions. This extensive experience allows me to assess, diagnosis & prescribe medications for a variety of mental health conditions. In this dual role I am able to offer my clients the convenient option of combining therapy and psychiatric care! I am passionate about empowering clients to create a life that is meaningful & with purpose by developing tools to manage their thoughts and emotions as well as explore the barriers that may be keeping them from reaching their goals.
