The client + counsellor must be a fit, so we have multiple practitioners to allow you to choose a therapist with whom you connect. Each of us endeavour to understand you and your experiences. We have a deep interest in how emotional regulation, identity and family dynamics can be factors in the development of physical and mental health disorders. Our counselling styles can be described as empathic & solution-focused. We provide an environment, free from judgement and believe honesty and acceptance are fundamental to personal growth and change.
We have 17 practitioners who are RCCs, RSWs and RPsychs. We understand how physical and mental crisis affect the individual and the family. We treat everyone from children to the elderly. Our counsellors have subspecialties in treating anxiety, self-harm and depression, trauma, behaviourl issues, phobias, grief+ loss, self-esteem issues + more!
